Should TRV dates be included Physical Presence Calculator

Good Day,

Hope someone can provide clarity with regards to the physical presence calculator.

For some context, below are my dates:

1. Came to Canada as a visitor: 10 Jul 2017 to 30 Jul 2017
2. Landed in Canada as a PR: Sept 2019 (Never left since becoming a PR)
3. Eligibility Period based on physical presence calc: 30 Oct 2017 to 29 Oct 2022

The thing I'm not sure about is how to answer these two questions:

1. "Did you have Canadian temporary resident status (i.e. as a visitor, international student, temporary worker, temporary resident permit holder), and/or were a protected person) between 2017-10-30 and 2019-08-31?"
   • Would I indicate YES for this question even though I was not in Canada during this period and still had a valid visitors visa?
2. "Did you leave Canada between 2017-10-30 and 2022-10-29? Answer 'Yes' if you left Canada for any reason including vacation, work, business, family matters, school, illness, etc."
   • Should I answer YES and list out the periods I was not present in Canada? Also if I were to answer YES, do I need to include all countries that I've been to during this period and also include time in my home country?
