Should one go for medical check up while having bronchitis and taking prescribed antibiotic

After a long wait, we received request for medical check up today and we are eager to do it ASAP. However, my wife is having bronchitis and taking prescribed anti-biotic. Should we go for check up anyway, or wait until complete prescription? Your experiences are appreciated!

You will most likely have to get medical done within 30 days of the request. Bronchitis and drugs associated will not make any difference.

Thanks. I wonder if taking antibiotic would make any abnormal in blood test which could cause doctor's concern.
