Landed with first common law partner in 2021.10(EE-CEC) and now sponsor my current(second) common law partner(Family class common law),
but on beginning date of my current(second) common law relationship, I filled out we started on 2021.01 which was before my landing date with my first common-law partner,
now realized it was big mistake.

The separation date for my first partner must be after 2021.10 and
the beginning date of my second common-law must be after my separation date with first partner, am I right?

Should I withdraw and re-apply or provide clarification through webform?

If I withdraw, does it impact my second application? Status now: eligibility still not started and just finished medical exam

Should I wait for withdraw approval before submitting second application? or applying after submitting withdraw request is fine?

Ultimately you need to answer questions honestly.

When did you start living with your current partner?

We were living as roommate since 2021.01 but confirmed our relationship in 2022.01 after I got PR.

And your first common law partner was living with you at the same time as well?

Yes, not all the time but most of time for sure, we still filled our tax together for 2021.

Were you still in a relationship with your first common law partner at the time you landed and became a PR? Who was the primary applicant in the economic immigration application?

Yes, and I'm the PA for EE application.

Ultimately your choice but I would personally withdraw and reapply. It's pretty problematic to say your relationship with your new common law partner started 9 months before you landed and became a PR. Smells like misrepresentation.

Yes, I was getting same answers. There seems to be overlaps between two relationships and I do want to provide more clarification.
Just not sure should I wait for withdraw approval before submitting second application? or applying after submitting withdraw request is fine?

Withdraw the current application now / today. I would make that a top priority before IRCC finds and raises concerns.

Will do. Is IRCC likely to compare my new application with the old one or still review old application documents whiling reviewing my new application?

It's possible they may compare. That's hard for any of us to guess.

How long will I receive withdraw confirmation? Should I wait for withdraw confirmation to resubmit? Or once the tracker shows my withdraw requests has been received?
