Should I withdraw and resubmit my parents sponsorship application?

Please help!

I have sent my parents soponsorship application last week. now I realized that I have made two mistakes:

1. As a representative of my parents, I forgot to sign use of representative IMM5467 form.
2. The credit card information is not correct. For Amex card, the security code is not the 3 digits on the back of the card, it is 4 digits on the front of the card. I didn't know that!

I almost sure that my application will be returned from CIC. Instead of waiting for the retrun, should I withdraw and resubmit the application?

I don't have the original notarized documents and it will take long time for my parents to redo them again in my home country and send them to Canada.

Should I pay the $1100 on line and hope they will apply the credit to my account?
Anything I can do to save my application?
