Should I wait for my Final CA Results for WES application?

I have cleared CA IPCC + ATC in May 2016. I cleared Group 1 of Final CA in November 2019 and am awaiting results for my Group 2. Should I wait for the results and apply for Final CA evaluation in WES or should I carry on with my ATC. I was told by a couple of people that it doesn't make a difference in the points for education. I have my B.Com. degree from Mumbai University and I qualify for the "Two or more bachelor's degrees" category in both cases.
