Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
We are applying as conjugal partner Outland via CIC-Buffalo, here is my timeline:
2009-10-05 Application received by CPC-M
2009-10-23 Spons Approved
2009-11-17 In process
2009-12-06 received a letter from CIC request to submit more evidences to prove our relationship and we submitted additional documents in 2 weeks. Did not hear anything since.

The problem is, we are visiting Taiwan from May to Aug and we are afraid to get an interview during this period.

It only takes 2-5 months to process the case in CIC Taipei office, so should we requested the Buffalo office to transfer the file to Taipei now? or keep waiting? What if the Taipei office cannot finish process the case, can we transfer it back? Will the Buffalo schedule the interview date as we wish if we request it beforehand? (we do not know if we are getting an interview or not yet)

Thank you for advice!!

It is extremely unlikely that Buffalo will transfer the file unless it enhances "the integrity of the program"
