Pre-Assessed..
Hi,

Was wondering if I need to send in all the form avalible of the CIC website even if they dont pertain to me.
For Eg - Form IMM0008DEPENU - Additional dependants ( I dont have any )
Should I print the form and typr NA in all the field and send it?

Another Eg - Form IMM5476E - Use of a Representative ( not using one )
Should I print and send the blank form or write not applicable and send it?

Kindly do advise.

Include them and write N/A. If you do not include them, CIC may think you forgot to fill them out and/or they got lost. It's better to include them to show you have no dependants and are not using a representative, than leaving them out and making CIC wonder if it was a mistake.

I didn't include the forms that do not apply to me, however I wrote N/A in the checklist.

Ah, I guess that would work just as well! Either way they will know you did not need to fill out the forms :)

Can anyone who has successfully applied and got through reply as to what they did.
Will definitely clear out any doubts.

Thanks Zarilenth and Avadava

I sent in the forms anyway but wrote n/a on all of them. Also wrote n/a on the checklist. I think a lot of people are correct when they say if you don't include them, they will think you forgot them, but if you include them and write n/a, they will know immediately they don't pertain to you.

Hey mikeymyke,

Did you write NA just once at the top of the form or filled in all boxes with NA.
Did you print out the form and write NA by Hand or Wrote NA and printed it out?
Kind of a stupid questions but will be great to know. Thanks

We didn't include any of those forms, just put N/A on the checklist. Didn't cause any problems.

Same here, we never bothered to print out forms that weren't required. Just put N/A on the checklist for those items.

As did we. With a black pen, write a clear N/A beside the checkbox of the checklist form. But I'm sure it doesn't hurt to send in all anyways.

I just printed out the form and wrote a big "n/a" across the entire page. I printed out form and wrote by hand, n/a, with a black pen.
