Should I send an email or call somebody in CIO?

I sent my application and it reached Sydney on August 1st.

No sooner than I had sent it out, I realized I paid in wrong way. I didn't pay by bank draft or certificated check. I paid online.

I am quite sure everything except the payment method is correct.

Now I am wondering whether I should send them an email or make a call.

If the answer is yes. My second question will be how?
