Should I resend my email?

Hi all,

I sent an email to CPC-O, asking them to link my upfront medical results to application.

Got an automatic acknowledgement ,which said, unless I've included full name, dob, uci and application numbers , they will not be able to process my request.

Sent email had application number in both subject and body, as well as uci number in the latter. Will they reject my request because of some missing personal information?

I've listed all the information that's needed to properly address an email to CPC.

If you do not provide all the information then CIC will ignore your email. Resend an email with all information which is mentioned in automatic reply to your email
