My wife applied for visitor visa and completed biometrics enrolment for the same. Unfortunately her visitor visa application was rejected and we're moving forward with family sponsorship. Biometrics enrolment is valid for 10 years and I've the biometrics number, date of enrolment and date of expiration.
My questions are
1. Do I have to pay biometrics fees while remitting family sponsorship fees?
2. Should I add a letter of explanation along with family sponsorship application for the same citing the biometrics number?
