Should I mention Co-Op in Personal History?

I had to a co-op to complete my diploma (in Canada). The co-op that I did was in another province as well.

It looks like my education history covers this period of my personal history (4 months I did my co-op). But, I was wondering if I should specify it again in Personal History? or just add it to Letter of Explanation, and say "hey the reason why my address changed for the last four months of my college was because I had to do a co-op".

I also have another question - do you mention unpaid co-ops as part of "employment" in personal history?

I saw some conflicting posts in this forum. So, my initial plan was to not include it in personal history and add it to the cover letter.

About my second question, would an unpaid co-op still be an "employment activity"?
