Hi,
I am going through a confusion right now. I have a valid PGWP which is for one year expiring April 2019 because I finished a one year program as a student in canada. Now I have a job which in demand NOC-A, I am for provincial nominee program for permanent resident this November. My questions are:
- do I need LMIA when my Open PGWP expires in April from the same or different employee?
- or should I apply through work permit bridging program considering I'll be getting my nomination in next month's that would around janua
