Hello!

I got ITA lately and currently in process of getting my PR through express entry. My semester ends in April and I have to pay my tuition fees in April for the next semester. Since tuition for international students is very high, I want to leave university and return when I will have PR status. Therefore, I have few questions:

- Is it ok? Won't it be suspicious for CIC officer that I got a chance not to spend another 7000CAD and just decided to save money?

- How long can I stay in Canada legally after I will withdraw from university?

I don`t know about the first one
but i have read you should leave canada within 90 days after not attending the studying institute

If you want to stop studying and be able to remain in Canada, apply to change your status to visitor. That will allow you to remain in Canada legally without worrying about your status. Note that you will need to stop working as soon as you stop attending school.

I see, nice idea! And what about my wife, she is on an Open Work Permit? Will it be legal for her to work during these 90 days, after I will stop attending school?

She can continue to work until the expiry of her work permit.

just for curiosity is ur education listed in ur EE profile meaning are u getting points for that education u r quitting?
No. I've listed only my Masters degree I am claiming points for from my home county. As far as I understand I have to list my current degree I'm leaving in "personal history" section of EE (after ITA process)
