Consider adding some detail if you'd like useful responses. Without knowing when your CEC application was made (and how far along the process you are), I'm not sure how a recommendation can be made.

My file was recieved in july 31st 2014 and No MR Request yet. As i can see august applicants are getting MR Request, I dont know what happened to my application. I have 450 points in EE and just wondering should I drop my Cec file if picked in EE

I'm not sure, but I would guess that you'd lose the original CEC application fee. In addition, you may need to get new police certificates and documents for EE. You would have to weigh those costs against potentially getting your PR sooner.

You could choose to request your GCMS notes if you are concerned that your application may have been held up for a particular reason.

Consider submitting your medical and paying your RPRF's up-front, if you want to try to jump a few places in the queue.
