Should i delete my spouse foreign work experience from my EE profile?

Should i delete my spouse foreign work experience from my EE profile as we are not getting any points for that.

If yes, will it impact my profile as firstly i have given the complete work experience details and now i am deleting that?

And if i go on submitting the work experience, will the experience and joining letter work for my spouse foreign work experience?

You don't get points for spouse foreign work experience. You can safely remove them. It also doesn't hurt to explain why you made the change in the LOE.
