Should I create my EE profile with 358 CSR?

Hi All,

I have recently developed the interest to move to Canada. My result for IELTS was out on Friday with 7.5,6.5,6.5,6.5 (LRRS). My current CSR score is 358. My question to the senior member here is should I create an express entry profile or should I try IELTS again to score the desired score of 8,7,7,7.
