We are planning to apply for a work-permit for my wife. I am on H1 in the USA and have the necessary documents. I would like to visit her (on and off) while she is working in Canada.
I am confused about the 'accompanying you?' question Should we check the 'yes' box for 'accompanying you' in the IMM 1295?
My point is that I don't want to give them the impression that I will be staying in Canada throughout. I want them to understand that I will be visiting my wife on and off and want to have the flexibility of entering and leaving Canada as long as she has her job there.
On a different note, should I submit the original H1-B document (I-797) or will a photocopy suffice?
Last, do I have to notarize all the photocopies?
