Should continue Quebec FSW or wait for EE ITA

Dears,
We have CSQ which is expiring August 2018 and We have applied for EE today. Our CRS is 348 Only. Is it wise to wait for ITA with this CRS or should I continue with CSQ.

You will never get an ITA with that score, either work on improving your score or continue with CSQ.

Better I should continue My CSQ. Even if I improve my IELTS to CLB 9, points would be 376 only.
