Short Trip from US after Receiving COPR (coming back to US again). Car Import can be Deferred?

Hi Guys,

I received my COPR documents a couple of days back. I am in the US right now and will be moving to Canada in two trips.

My to and fro first trip will be by car and I will be bringing the car back to the US before taking the rest of the stuff and completing other formalities here to take it to Canada permanently.

Do the paper work on my first trip itself or the second trip will be fine?
