I'm admitted by a university in Quebec as an exchange student for 1 term (Sep to Dec), so I need a visitor visa and don't need CAQ and study permit since I'll stay less than 6 months.
When I was applying the visa, I answered just according to my situation.
Eg: What would you like to do in Canada? Study
How long are you planning to stay in Canada? Temporarily - less than 6 months
What is your province of destination? Quebec
Do you want to apply for a study permit? No
But still it regard CAQ as a required supporting document!!!
I'm really wondering why......
