Hi All,
Based on the current plan , we will be doing short landing soonish.

Have 2 queries regarding the PR card

1) We have OINP nomination and the landing port is Toronto. For PR card however, can we give address of a friend in Calgary ? I mean does it need to be an Ontario address or can we give the address of other province ?

2) Do we tell the immigration office honestly that ours is a short landing. Would it mean anything from PR card perspective, if we tell him ? Recommendations / suggestions / experiences please

Thanks to all the lovely people who have replied to our earlier questions.

Cheers

If you are on PNP then please give your nominated province friend's address. as there is clause of intention check which happened at Port of Entry (POE) by immigration officer. If you provide calgary address then it will break your intention to stay in nominated province and officer might not allow you to enter in Canada.

Again do not disclose any thing about short landing at POE that would be better to make your intention to stay is firm.
