shipment received at operations facility !!

I have sent my application through aramex and tracking status is telling that "shipment received at operations facility". does it mean that its has reached at aramex distribution godown in canada or it has reached in the hands of CIO.thanks

Not to CIO yet, it's still with aramex may be at the sorting facility of their Canadian partner's

When it will get deliverd you get that "shipment delivered" in your tracking status and will show the name of the person who signed that.
