sharma 77 please answer how did you get your certificates accredited sitting here in India
i believe that it is mandatory for taking the MCEEE and other exams
 
U r right, accreditation is absolutely mandatory, for that u have to 2 go to local consulate office CHD/DELHI, the Embassy officials will certify the documents & photographs 8) there after u have 2 send all the documents to Canada, kindly give a go at

do they charge for attestation.
also the list of docs to be sent (MBBS ,REGISTRATION,MARK SHEETS, INTERNSHIP,HOUSE JOB CERTIFICATES)
how much?
