My timeline is,
08 Sep 22 - Received approval from community
08 Nov 22 - Applied for PR application
29 Nov 22 - Received BIL & AOR
02 Dec 22 - Biometric done
08 Dec 22 - RNIP Work permit applied
03 Jan 23 - Request for Medical exam & ADR
12 Jan 23 - Medical exam passed
They asked me to provide 5 additional documents.
1. Job contract from Canadian employer
2. Background information declaration form
For this 2 documents they set 10 Jan 23 as deadline. Which I submitted earlier than that.
When I upload documents through GCKey portal. The status of the documents at first was “ Document Provided “ after one or two days I receive email that we have received document. There is also a ghost update status in GCKey account. Also document status changed to “ Document Received “
However when I upload last two documents, it shows “ Document provided “ but never received any email or ghost update neither status change.
After all documents uploaded, in application status timeline, it changed to “The additional documents you provided have been uploaded. “
But in documents section it shows,
For first 3 documents it is “ received “
Where as for last 2 documents it is “ provided “
Should I email them last 2 documents or it is nothing to worry about?
