Several cases moved from London VO to Abu Dhabi VO

Thanks Eligibility passed in December and Security completed in first week of February. Upon calling IRCC, telephone system says “to serve you better we will connect you to an agent”. Previously it used to tell all stages status. Upon speaking to Agent, they said all stages completed.

After Security passed, SVO changed to Abu Dhabi.
Any idea ?

Consider sending Abu Dhabi VO a wedbform about it. If you are lucky they might give a non-generic response. GCMS notes can also offer more perspective

IRCC routinely redistributes cases to balance out workload.

My husband's file was transferred from London to the Abu Dhabi office on January 03, 2025 he has been stuck on a security check from February 2024 till now.
Anyone experiencing the same issue please share.

How did you know it had been transferred to Abu Dhabi? Did you contact IRCC by phone or send in a webform?
Mine is still stuck in background check since Feb 2024 also. Everything else was completed a year ago, just waiting on the security check. Really I can't believe it takes more than a year to do this. Absolute joke.

I have a lawyer when he did the follow-up we found out that his file was transferred to Abu Dhabi.
I know it's ridiculous just a security check is taking more than a year.
Each time my lawyer sends a web form or email same response ( we received the information you sent us. We’ll review it and let you know if we need any other information from you).
