Greetings!

I would like to ask if we need to bring POF for a family of 5 at CAD 23,364, even if only 2 members (PA and spouse) will be able to land in Canada before their visa expires? The 3 members (kids) will not be able to come because they're still studying until after their visa expiration date.

The PA, while landing, has to disclose the full "landing funds", for the entire family, as per CIC guidelines. Subsequent entries by any or more family members r exempt from any further declarations.
