Settlement fund / FBI Questions

Hi guy I have two Questions:
I sent my application to FBI on Feb 1/2010 and till now I didn’t received it yet. My 120 days are up on 15 of May, my Question is should I go ahead and send my full Doc to visa office then send the FBI Clarence at later day? Even though I already obtained all states PCC.

My other Q: about the Settlement Fund I made the fund available in my account two days ago. am I going to have any issue with that?

Police clearance certificate
Proof of Fund
Landing Fees

Yes, go ahead and send your application with supporting documents. you can submit your FBI record once you get it.( that is what I have done too). I am sure your FBI request is in process. They received my request on Feb 23, 2010 and was entered into their system on March 03/2010. If you have any email communication from FBI, please attach a copy of it with your supporting documents, stating that your FBI request is in process.
Settlement funds- Can you show bank statements for Settlement funds for last three months?

Hi, Send all the documents collected and send the FBI report later. As the POF is concerned, no problem with it. send the Balance Certificate issued by the Bank to CIC. 3 or 6 months older funds are not required.
