One last question. If I want to include my job details for my software engineering job, will it be alright if I get a letter on plain paper from a colleague who's not working with the organization now? The colleague joined the organization before I joined and left 2 years after I left the organization. The colleague can provide his/her relieving letter, which clearly mentions their date of joining and leaving.

I know that the letter has be notarized and I have all my payslips, compensation review documents and offer and contract letters.

yes but like mentioned earlier your second job that can help you get a CRS of 442 would give you a reference letter so no need for all the rest. just to give you a better idea, had you created your profile and entered the pool yesterday, you would've received an ITA today. In other words, save yourself the hassle of extra documents and get to it

I haven't created by EE profile till now because of lack of knowledge about the process and the document requirements. I don't want my application to get rejected because of my own faults.
You have made things clear now. I'll try to contact the IT company and a few seniors one last time. If I still don't get the letter, I'll create my profile with a single NOC. Anyways, I have 2 weeks now, to get it all sorted.

Hello I have the exact same issue (also from the exact same company) and I'm struggling to figure out under which NOC code I can include any 5 of these responsibilities. There was mention of an email ID where I can send in these responsibilities to get the most appropriate code, would anyone know what it is?

I have been given 10 of these and been told to choose upto 5 to include into my letter.

• Service Transition: Implement planned activities as part of service specific Technology Migration and up gradation plan IN ORDER TO facilitate timely closure.

• Service Delivery and Support Processes Management: Perform routine administrative tasks, handle 1st level incident and service requests IN ORDER TO comply with service delivery plan.

• Availability & IT Service Continuity, Capacity Management: Monitor and take corrective actions, perform backup activity, check for power/system/ network redundancy IN ORDER TO comply with availability and service continuity plan.

• Service Level Management and Reporting: Executive Service requests, incidents and assist in providing relevant data points IN ORDER TO comply with Service level management and reporting.

• Supplier Management: Co-ordinate with service provider/ supplier for required back end support IN ORDER TO deliver the services as defined.

• Security Management: Comply with the defined policy and process and adherence to the controls IN ORDER TO meet service specific security compliance.

• Service Desk: Respond to user calls and update the information in relevant category IN ORDER TO address user requirements.

• Incident, Request and Problem Management: Attend to service incidents and requests, notify technical leads on repeated incidents IN ORDER TO meet the defined target in SLA.

• Change, Release and Configuration Management: Document the changes and update CMDB IN ORDER TO align with Change and Release management process.

• Service Improvement: Implement planned ISAT Action items IN ORDER TO improve satisfaction.

Any help would be hugely appreciated!
