Yeah seems like no one who got their medical updated on the 15th December, have got any PPR
I just saw a guy may 2020(visa applied), 03 sep (AIP), Dec 14(Biometrics), Dec 19 (Medical updated in GC Key). Got PPR today at 8:00 PM.
Some updates. I do not check my GCkey account every single day as I experience lots of problems logging in and it makes me frustrated but I checked it today after a long time and seems like my medicals and biometrics got updated.
Biometrics: December 15
Medicals: December 20
I did not receive any email notification.
As per few other peers on this forums. It looks like when certain updates are performed by Visa office you will find difficulty logging in.
Biometrics usually gets updated in few minutes for most of the applicants for some it takes a day or two.
Your medicals might have updated on December 20 itself on GC key looks like you did not check as frequently as I did.
Yes you will not receive any email for biometrics and medicals they get silently updated in your GC key.
I see lot of applicants from June and July SDS got their medicals updated on Dec 19 and Dec 20. And yesterday Dec 23rd SDS applicants from May, June who had their medicals updated in GC key got PPR requests. July SDS applicants are yet to receive PPR requests.
Hopefully July applicants might receive good news in next IRCC working day(December 28 - Monday).
If we are lucky enough we might receive today as well.

i think they are following chronology now(not sure though) as 1st and 2nd july applicants got their ppr yesterday and 3rd july got today
