Hi all, I submitted a spousal sponsorship application for my wife. She is in Canada. I received an email today for additional information required in her IMM5669.
However I do no know how to go about resubmitting this form or linking her application to GCkey. We have her application number, UCI in the letter that was received today. If someone can guide me on how to link the application or create an account to see the status or resubmit the form that would be much appreciated. Thanks!

https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/application/account.html. using this link login to GCkey account (using Gckey user name and password) if don't have a account, create one and then login. After logging in, you will see link your application option, select that and fill in the details, UCI, file number, dob, everything. Put 2 under total number of applicants (including primary applicant and sponsor.
Once linked,
Find the "View the applications you submitted" section and click "Check full application status".
Click the "How to submit additional documents" or "View submitted application or upload documents" link on the status screen.
Follow the on-screen instructions to upload your documents.

My sponsor received the AOR which says that I will get an invitation for giving biometrics. Thats now 1 week ago and I haven't gotten any message in my IRCC account.
But they linked my old biometrics from my work permit 2 years ago.
Does anyone know what comes next?
I also applied for my open work permit.

You will receive biometric request within a week most probably.
Before receiveing biometric request my application also showed my previous biometric.
Did you pay biometric fee when submitted the application?

Biometric request: 21st October, 2025
Biometric Submitted: 22nd October, 2025
Aor received: 23rd October, 2025
Sponsorship eligibility letter: 23rd October, 2025
Pre-arrival service letter: 23rd October 2025
