Hey everyone, if I have to leave the country due to an emergency, while my citizenship application is still in progress, how does this impact the application? Do i need to inform IRCC that I will be leaving?

You're good. I did my Citizenship Exam while I was in Mexico. You'll just need to be in Canada for Oath Ceremony.

hi, i saw your dates below and i see that while your language skills and physical presence and background check etc are still in progress you already took the test in jan 2026. and i do not know any ppl from august cohort that already has taken the exam. congratulations! just curious how, though
