I don't think it will help. The web form returns me back to my application status tracker. Does anyone have any idea how to ask an agent? Thanks

I filed the web form to check the status today, see what caused the language skills and the test not being started since Dec 16, while these 2 options are not required while the applicant is over 55.

Mine is stuck in LPP, much slower than many of you here. Tried to access the tracker today but it shows an error that my UCI is wrong. Has anyone faced this issue? I obviously don’t attempt to use a wrong password

Sometimes the system is having a glitch, i would try again in 1-2 hours
