SVO- I was told both Etobicoke and Montreal but i got my P1 from Montreal

My eligibility status changed to 'complete' one day out of the blue; it was never even 'in progress.
my pvo is Edmonton and i might be panicking from next week

What was your ADR? Similar timeline but Eligibility not started on Tracker. Do you know your Visa offices ?
I was asking about the request letter you mentioned, is it Biometric Instruction letter?
