Hello everyone...has any one with AOR after September 9 received BIL in the last few days? It seems they haven't sent out fresh BILs in a while.

Aor September 13th and no BIL.

Yea, sept 10 AOR. Funny thing is once your BIL comes, other process becomes really fast.

What do you mean? Are you saying that BG and eligibility speeds up after BIL?

Do you mean basically? Once all applicants who applied on 10 or after receive first BIL then all stages will start for all applicants ? Is this application group ?

We've seen people with background check/eligibility in progress way before BIL too. Not how it is supposed to be, but IRCC has tens of different workflows.

With some flows, even that has happened. There are multiple flows, and (some) broken flows.
