Love all this good news, Everyone will have their Oath by End of year and this is why I say this

IRCC reports that of the 294,000 citizenship applications in inventory, 221,000, or 75%, have been processed within service standards.

Good luck to us and thank God IRCC finally has gotten rid of the backlog!!! my coworker applied in Jan this year and did her ceremony Yesterday they are moving very fast these days and with a small backlog they will be done quick, especially with all the technology changes they made, at least Sean Fraser put the millions to use in new Immigration processes and tools, that 20+ month processing time they have on their site is for older application, new ones will be done in 10 Months max (fingers crossed)

Hi All,

I was just curious if PCC is a mandatory requirement while applying for citizenship if a person has stayed in Canada for 3.5 years or more?
I was told that PCC is needed (from Indian in my case) if I have stayed in India for at least 6 months in last 4 years before applying for Citizenship.
So if I stayed in Canada for more than 3.5 years and then apply for Citizenship, do I still need to get PCC from India for my application ?

You are right. We don't rely on ecas but the tracker as ECAS is really old.

Note: From test to Oath is typically 4-6 months. Mine was 4 month. I waited a long time from LPP so I ordered GCMS notes and I saw everything was okay. So I waited for the Oath invite.

Hi @RefugeeHelp1. Once your LPP was completed, did your ceremony tab went in progress first and then you got the oath invite or both updated at the same time? I am not sure what to expect next now.

Everything in the same day, But tracker said last updated June 1 so that was the day the Tracker last synced with the database.

Anyone with kids under age 14 who has sent oath form in email as per below instructions

In the subject line of your email, include: “Oath Form for [Date & Time of ceremony] [your
Application Number]”.

Question: We only need to include application number in subject line in this email for parents and not for minors under 14 as oath form is not required for minors, can anyone please confirm?
