I have received my GCMS notes which I have ordered on Jan 26th, 2022. In the Assessments section, it says Final: Approved, and the decision has been made in august 2021. I still don't see this updated on my IRCC portal.

Any idea if I am approved and nothing to be concerned about except for the status update on the IRCC portal or even though GCMS notes say approved it could still go otherwise?

You can only find out by ordering GCMS notes. It's probably just a template email mass sent to a group of applicants.

Hello,

For our PR application with AOR Sep 2020, we got a request to provide more info today. Additionally, our medical was extended.

Schedule A: A separate and newly completed Schedule A Background Declaration form (IMM 5669) bearing an original signature Updated This must be received at this office by: 2022/04/08
Police Certificate: From each country/state where the residence period has been six months or longer since the age of 18, provide an original police clearance certificate Updated PCs This must be received at this office by: 2022/04/08

I'm going to start on getting the required documents but I'm wondering why this request has been made. We already gave PCC for USA as well as India when we filed for our application. So, I'm not sure why this is being asked again. Should I be worried about it? Can someone advice?

Additionally, is this a sign that our application is getting closer to a decision state?

The request was for you or your dependents?

Anyone with Sep AOR still no any kind of updates (no medical extension, no ghost update, no request of info, etc.).
With you pal, no nothing since months. AOR SEP-12-2020 EE SINP stream and until today seems curfew on my account. Ordered notes last month to see what's up. Best of luck

Even June/July 2021 in PPR luck basket
Yeah those are PNPs though, different queue. I don't expect them to follow fifo across streams. But really grinds my gears that FSW 2021 outland applications are getting ADRs and PPRs. Where's the logic in that. It's not like they have unexpired documents either, they also need fresh medicals and PCCs. The only reason they are doing this is they can now claim that they are processing FSW in 12 months time, while older applications gather dust.

Hello All,

Could anyone please help me understand what to expect moving forward?

I am an August 2020 AOR, FSW-O applicant with Ottawa VO (COR: Pakistan). My eligibility was passed sometime in late 2020. Security & criminality were not started when I last ordered GCMS notes in June 2021 (everything seemed fine in the notes and it was ready to finalize). My original meds expired in August 2021. After waiting for a re-med request for over 6 months, I went for an upfront medical exam on Feb 23rd, 2022 and it got passed in my online application on March 2, 2022. Then yesterday (March 11, 2022), I received a ghost update and my background status changed to "we are processing your background check".

I do not want to set some lofty expectations based on this recent movement in my application, but I would highly appreciate it if someone could help me understand what these recent changes mean. Realistically, when should I expect to receive the PPR after this movement? Should I expect to receive any ADR?

Please share your experiences.

Thank you :)

We can only guess, but might be an indication of security being initiated. I think you might get PPR in a couple of weeks. Good luck!
