It took a week for them to email me back that they received the biometrics payment fee... then 3 days after we received the request for biometrics. However, there are cases where they asked for it a month later

For us it was immediate....it was updated that day on the GC key

yes i also got an email week later that they got payment receipt but haven't received biometric request yet

If you are using your phone... check to see if you don't have other tabs open for the GCKEY close all. Make sure you're only using one.

If you're using the computer... sometimes clearing your history and cache works.
