Just for ordering the notes? It sounds to me the agent doesn't want applicants to order notes. I read somewhere the number of notes is reflected badly on IRCC, so maybe they are trying to scare applicants off? I am not sure, but recently someone order ATIP, and then got DM in few days or weeks (I forget).

Nothing has happened ... even our PR card renewal I have no idea when we would get that we sent the application on August 2021.....getting either one is like winning the 647 75 million dollar lottery

They are sending AOR for late July applicants now for the PR card. So, you are not far away. For the citizenship, it's completely dark. No one knows what's going on, or when things are going to happen.

Can't believe it is more than 24+months now that I have not even received a Test Invite. I applied on September 2019
AOR - December 24, 2019
Fingerprints Required - Feb 4, 2020
Fingerprints Received - Feb 4, 2020

Since then no update on the application whatsoever. Called the customer agent couple months back and they advised nothing needs to be done by my end and that I could receive Test invite any day now. Request GCMS notes numerous times but never received a response back. Sent an email to my local MP as well with no response back yet. This is beyond frustrating at this point.

My Notes arrived ~2.5 months after I requested them. Give it some time if you ordered them relatively recently...

Citizenship test passed myself 30th May 2021

Same boat here and same month actually.
I was surprised to received the test invite for October 12th to be honest.
I just hope your is coming soon.
My location was mississauga btw ...
