I called the agent today and he told me that my Eligibility is met/done and Criminality is in process and security is not started.

my question is what is "eligibility met/done" mean is it passed or under review?

Please let me know your opinion guys

Yes there will be. The initial eligibility and criminality is checked by one officer, post which a senior officer reviews the file, if need be asks for additional docs etc and then approves or rejects

I rarely wake up in the middle of the night but I did today and happened to check my phone. The account was disappointing cos it showed no progress but after I logged out I checked my email and that’s when I saw I have an email saying ‘ready for visa’
This is PPR isn’t it? It isn’t in the account which is why I’m confused,

End of 6-month processing time - 3rd March 2020

I made a total of three updates to the application via the webform in Nov 2019, Dec 2019 and Jan 2020 for end of employment & address change, marital status and travel history. I have also used the web form to confirm my VO and I'm still waiting for a response from them.

The online portal states that my BGC is yet to start and they will send a message once they start the process. This message hasn't changed since I passed the medical i.e 17th Sept 2019. Would this be considered as Ghost Update 1? Does this mean that they have completed R10 and A11.2?

Greatly appreciate any responses.

UPDATE:

On 3rd March - I sent two web forms requesting an update and kept calling the New Delhi office but there was no response. They responded to my web form query stating that my application is being processed. I got their response on 4th March 2020.

5th March 2020 - I got a ghost update. BGC changed to "We are processing. We will send you a message if we need more information"

9th March 2020 - Passport Request Letter (subject line) via email. I submitted my passport to VFS on the same day. Hoping to receive my passport within 14-20days.

That means I have to give them about 160 pages of pay stubs and also certified translated. Translations are usually more in pages. That may be about 500 pages of documents I have to upload. I am about to give up....

"Please be advised your application is awaiting the review of an officer.
You will be contacted further in due course."

Does that mean that they haven't even started any sort of review yet? Also, should I then expect ADRs coming my way?
Please can someone advice. This is really frustrating.
