I received my pre arrival in August. Now, on ecas it says: decision made. That’s all for now.... I have no any idea how long it will take now for passport request. But hope not too long

My ECas still shows in process though i have recieved pre arrival in june i dont know why still my decision is not made yet

yes London, I am still not sure if applicant is approved or not. But, hope it is.

Pre arrival is not the last step. They do background check after it. And for some countries,sadly, it takes longer. I remember your webform reply that it takes 6-12 months to finish it. Tell me, have u ever thought of talking to MP? I mean your Canadian spouse....
I assume my background check was not so long, because my passport contains my biometrics data and it’s easy to check in the system....

Pre arrival is not the last step. They do background check after it. And for some countries,sadly, it takes longer. I assume it is because my passport contains my biometrics data and it’s easy to check in the system, that’s why my background check didn’t take too long.... I dont know what background they are checking after 4 month of biometrics they still checking background .
May be because i have studied in pakistan being in afghani they are checking too much .
Pray for me also so that i got my DM soon
