I actually had my test on Feb 28th and nothing has been changed in ecas nor any additional documents requested
I also called cic but they say it is in process and they are checking eligibility period
All I know that most decision made change in time frame of days not weeks in most cases
I was not sure if Saskatoon office is taking longer for changing ecas than other rival offices
seems like you got your decision made in 2 weeks
so I hope they dont ask me for any additional documents, fingers crossed
by the way, did they ask you for any additional documents ?

Thank you! Yes in most cases its within some days but could take few weeks if they want to verify something.
They didn't ask me for any additional docs. You will get yours soon too!

Because they can't call 10-20 qualified candidates for oath ceremony, and they can't either give you priority over oldest qualified candidates. Such a question of first in, first out .

We have applied as a family of 4 including my parents. We all have done the test on Feb7 2019 . My brother and I got decision made on our status however my parents did not. Any thoughts on why my parents still have that delay for getting Decision Made status? And why my brother and I did not get any notice for appearing to the oath yet? ( It's been one month and half since our status changed to DM).

Just a small stats for September applicants per spreadsheet

Average processing in days for few cities is as follows for those who have their decisions made and Oath letter received.

Toronto 187 days
Calgary 197 days
Montreal 190.57 days
Edmonton 199 days

Don't know why Calgary is taking time in sending Oath letters. Lets hope they wake before Alberta elections.
