Most people share stories and timelines on threads specific to the visa offices where files are handled because there are significant differences as to how each visa office processes file in terms of the time it takes to make a decision. Some applicants will get visa 6 to 8 months and some will get a visa after 12 months.

We are all well aware of this. It is good to know how fast or slow each VO is. It is also encouraging when we see people reply here with their Decisions Made. It’s a ray of hope I guess.
If we see that applicants from NDVO or VVO or LVO are getting DM, we know that these VOs are working on applications faster than the other VOs.
We all know that the time scales defer from one to the other.

It has been a challenging 9 months, lots of emotions in the air, but me and my wife always prayed for this day.
I live in Vancouver. This is Ramadan month. I prayed and prayed for her visa before Ramadan was over and Allah granted that.

Passport was sent June 7, received VISA & COPR on hand from Singapore VO on June 25.

I am with AVO group. Accra. They have sped up and are now working on June July and even August applicants getting PPRs. It's unprecedented.

They might have lost the original copies that you sent with your application. What other documents did they ask for if you don't mind me asking?

Lets hope that they are finalising your application and they just wanna see your pictures.
