hi ottawa people, have you noticed in october excel sheet, an applicant who applied with the new rule had received in progress? aor on nov2 and and in progress on nov 15.
we received aor on october 17. more than 2 weeks prior than this applicant. so us september and august applicants who received aor earlier are waiting... but for what? i am worried now we will be in between and our applications will take the longest.

I tried to see your info in data sheet but could not find it. Seems this is your first post.

I am confused...you mentioned Test date : 13 nov ...It is already 16 Nov and asking for prep test sites

Please provide correct details with when you got In Process and what location etc for better understanding.

Bro, My test is on 3rd Jan 2018. If you read my post it’s saying , Received test date on 13 Nov via courier. Mean I got test confirmation on 13 Nov.

My AOR email was same as well !

Hmm, this is what the letter i got says.

Some of the requirements for Canadian citizenship changed. These new changes provide more flexibility for applicants in
meeting citizenship requirements and as your application was received at the Case Processing Centre in Sydney, NS on or after
that date, it will be assessed based on the new requirements of the Citizenship Act. To learn more about the new citizenship
eligibility requirements, please visit our website at www.cic.gc.ca.

It did not say exactly what day is "that date", but I assume it is Oct 11th.
