Just received an email saying we got SA yey

email says-

You have met the requirements for eligibility as a sponsor. Accordingly, the Application for Permanent
Residence for your relative has been forwarded to the visa office in New Delhi for further processing.

It mean SA and AOR2 or only SA?

I hope everyone get SA news soon. speedy process..

Congrats! It means SA only. You will get AOR2 from New Delhi when they receive your file

Hello.. New to site. 26th September 2016 application.
No sponsorship approval yet.
Any information on how long sponsorship approval take?

The first step is getting AOR1, then about 2 weeks later, SA.

I also filed on September 26th, and today our application number changed from XF (temporary) to F (permanent), which is almost like an AOR, which sometimes take longer to come for some reason.

It's not an AOR yet. AOR is when you get email from CIC with UCI number, I think.

Hello, welcome. Did you receive your aor1 yet? You usually get it before receiving sponsorship approval. You should take a look at the September spreadsheet. It'll give you an idea of how long to wait

I sent my application on Sept. 12 and according to Canada Post my application received on Sept. 15. But i still haven't receive any email or letter from CIC. What should I do? It has been over a month since I sent my application. Was there something wrong? please help, many thanks.

I got my AOR1 and SA this week but still when i try to link on mycic , cant find any application

Do i have to make a new account on mycic as i am trying to link with old account and I got a new UCI number for sponsor ?

Or is it because i have a representative so I cant link my application ?

We are September 26th as well! Our AOR actually got sent to my husband, the applicant! I was under the impression that sponsor would be getting first correspondence, oh well! At least we got it

Emails from CIC can be a bit unreliable, especially for AOR! Have you been able to link your application on either MyCiC or ECAS? Because you can see the progress and status of your application online (without the actual emails) this way.

Our AOR got sent to my husband (PA) too. I called the call centre today to find out what was going on with our application and to find out why I did get an AOR email but my husband did. The lady I spoke with was quite surprised too as to why I didn't get it... I guess it's a new way :
