Sorry if this has already been answered on this forum, but I would really appreciate if someone could shed some suggestions:
Situation: I have not received AOR, but in ECAS the status is "In Process" for the CEC application.
I have emailed CIO‑Sydney‑Search‑Enquiry if they can re-send the AOR. But the automated reply says they may reply in 35 working days. Also, on the CIO contact page it doesn't mention if CEC enquiries will be responded:
"If you are a federal investor, Quebec-selected skilled worker or provincial nominee (non-Express Entry application) applicant and you have a request for case information, you may contact the Client Service Unit of the Centralized Intake Office." --> No CEC.
Question:
1) Is there somewhere else I can request for the file number? Can the CIC call centre find the file number from client id (I always have tough luck to find any information that is not already on the website)?
2) Do I need to provide the file number when applying for BOWP?
3) As I haven't received email, two possibilities:
a) It may have been sent to a wrong email address. In that case does that email contain any personal information?
b) Could they have sent to my address, even if an email was provided?
4) How can I verify/correct my email address to CIC for future correspondence? I may not receive any future notifications.
