Just wondering did I miss something on first form or they found something objectionable... Its been a while when I filled that form it will take me a while to remember all the exact dates do you think they will be trying to match word to word information on previously filled form and current one ?
Another question how would I send copies of supporting documents ? ( i mean employment letters, mark-sheets, degrees and all stuff) because they are asking me to email the form.

Do not send something they did not ask for. Do you think your Schedule A had any gaps in it? You are supposed to write 'unemployed/not working' even if you have nothing to show for a specific time period.

yes, in education history actually. I did not finish my degree and I did not mention that information in education history because it says successfully completed only.
So I put all that information in personal history as that degree program was unsuccessful. Do you think I should have write that information under education history ?

how many days did they give you to send in the form ?

you can fill in atip request and ask for a copy of your file, but this will take approx. 30 calendar days. this way you can access the information from your previous form and match it up, if needed.

No I think you did the right thing. You should not mention a degree you did not finish in the education section. Maybe they are just interested to know what is your current activity now since the old Schedule A. Maybe someone else can give an opinion.
Just fill in everything to the best of your knowledge. If there is not enough time to wait for gcms, try to call cic and ask them if there is a particular section they want clarification on.

Okay then, just fill it up again with up to date information and include a letter explaining why you included that degree in the personal history but not in the education section. I can't think of anything else.

they have sent you a letter asking for the additional/missing docs also might be or might not be an interview appointment

I have not received any letter, nor my lawyer has received any....how do they send the letter via email or post..??

can I call CIC and ask them to send me the letter..??

they will send you a letter

they will ask yo uto wait for 15 days, how ever ask your lawyer to call them and find out if there is any time contraint

I always told CIC about my changes in employment, simply because I wanted to be honest and tell them where I am at, regardless whether this was a requirement or not. I think, you can always tell them. This is also why for some they ask for a new Schedule A. They never asked me to update Schedule A, I think, because I kept them informed all the time.

Hi Guys, I am in the same situation as him. I think I will send them the letter of employment soon. Also, after applying PR, I changed my job after 6 months working at the same place I applied PR on and now its been 7 months at my new place. So should I send them the pay stubs from my old job until I started a new job? and with the new job offer letter, should I include the pay stubs as well?

Somehow my personal feeling is CIC started reviewing all August second review applications and they will start Sep applications after they finished all Aug applications. Which is good in one way and bad in multiple way dont know how long to wait.. feeling sad
