So how long I should wait for EE?

I am thinking of applying in EE by 25th Jan as I think the draw will be on 30th Jan.(though not aware of exact date).
But in that case again same question !!! Is it legal to go for a new application, when your earlier application is pending !!!

Same as PER, NER is an email. Both happen only after you get charged.

I have read somewhere that a person who received a NER received it via snail mail. But just keep the positive spirit.

I dont know how they did that in the past, but for FSWP 2014 im pretty sure NER is thru emails... Unless, they are not processing all people in a uniform way.

are you still waiting for Per. Im 3012, application reached CIC on Sept 12, CC encashed Dec 01 and no Per yet. Ecas shows " In Process"

I am really worried about my case though I have sent a complete application. My docs were delivered on 26 September and up till now neither cc is charged nor did I receive any info please comment if some is having the same scenario

by reading all comments here...i know now why i still dont get any PER after deduction last year 30NOV...

my raw points is 66points + canadian relative 5 points + wifes ielts 4 points...so probably they are really scrutinizing everything...

plus my Certificate of employment says electrical equipement engineer but on my contract is electrical maintenance engineer...

hope they dont deduct points... :-X

Call CIC and check with them about there case best time to call is 8:30

or prepare your back up for express entry

I had enquired from bank. They said it is not showing pending in their DD list. The serial before mine DD and after it were pending. So i think its cleared and encashed.

I dont know if its sure or not. Can someone guide.

Whats your bank and ift its a govt Indian bank advice the bank employee to contact its NOSTRO department they are usually in Bombay

You can prepare for express entry if you get PER in both cases there is no refund.

In any of the case.

CIC processes there application with the rules applicable at that time ...... so right now its the time for EE.

Only two months?? From what i know, for it to return to mainland China it can take up to 6 months..... of course it depends on which country you are in.

Please let me know which NOC you are looking at, as i am 2171 NOC and app received on 5th Sep 2014 at CIC, CC has not yet charged.

If any one has been charged CC or DD for September applicant for NOC 2171, Kindly let me know.
