Highly doubtful that your Ecas would be updated with 'PER received'. I received my PER 10 weeks ago. ECAS still shows 'in process'.

As I am aware, no one's ECAS status shows that "PER has been received", it just stays "In process'' until next step which should be "We started processing your application on xx/xx/xxxx" and after that comes "MR". Remember, "AS I AM AWARE".

Hi,

As I know, some seniors had same situations. They got PR without problems.
Maybe Ottawa won't update E-CAS even if they started your processing, but in my view, CIO-Sydney should add your status to E-CAS when they sent you PER (or before they transferred your application to Ottawa). I think you can call CIC to ask if you want...
