Hey Guys

I am close to 4 month period for applying BOWP.

I have couple of questions

1. I forgot my username/password for the online application. Can I just make new GCKey Log In ?
(I am pretty sure I am trying to login with right credentials ,even tried resetting the password , but it said userid is not valid , I am assuming they delete old userid's as I last used it in 2010.

2. What documents I need to submit with my application beside PER ?

You don't have to submit PER acknowledgement.

You would need first and last page of your Passport.
Photo.
Copy of work permit.

Sorry to interrupt Jayson but I think he does need the PER ack.

I once called a cic officer and he told me you do need it.

Sure Ds3010 CIC officers are toddlers.

I never sent any PER. The online application process is smooth and easy, one page directs to another.

does not hurt to submit PER...it might not be a requirement but it makes the job of the Visa officer easier...
