Should I send the application again even if they havent returned it to me?

I cant apply under New FSWP 2013 since the rules have changed.

How do I contact them regarding this? CIC call center says contact CIO for this. But they take 30 days to respond. It'll be too late until then..

i have just received my MR at last!..after a very long wait..my application was received last july 2012..i have just question guys..i am the main applicant and currently pregnant at 30 weeks now..i will still go on to my medical except exray offcoarse..but is there any possibilities that they will except me with the exray and just go on to the process and ask for passport request?..
any comments are kindly appreciated.. thanks

The baby will be a Canadian, unless you are a diplomat., the parents send a copy of the birth certificate and amend their IMM 5406.

Email CHC and inform them of the situation and wait until after delivery to do the medical. or

If you are thinking of the x-ray part you can have a chest x-ray when pregnant. you would be given a lead rubber apron to wear.

CHC will want to have a clear view of lungs which is sufficient with the above arrangement

Can you please confirm what immigration office did you use for your application and if you applied under Arranged Employment category?

Post Medical line - give it about 3+ months buffer - depending on which batch csis checks were sent by vo

So got my GCMS notes today and basically they took my file and forgot about it...

Nothing has been started yet and no update on the file since February...I don't know what CPP-O is doing....people from CEC and PNP are being processed and our files have not even passed the eligibility stage.. :'(
